What we design
Creative concepts rooted in place: a wedding above the Mediterranean, a gala beneath museum ceilings, a long table in Wadi Rum, a launch in a kingdom the world is only beginning to see.

Staging, lighting, sound, décor, kitchens built where there were none, generators where the desert has no grid, bilingual production teams, and a second plan for the wind.

Venues and permits, supplier networks, guest management and manifests, transportation fleets, staffing, hospitality, security liaison — handled like state secrets.

Many of our events arrive through wedding planners, event agencies, and production houses abroad. We work as your destination partner — transparent on costs, disciplined on timelines, generous with local knowledge, and invisible to your client if you prefer. Site inspections, supplier introductions, permit navigation, and bilingual production teams are how we earn the second project.

Seven days across Saudi Arabia — 120 guests
A week-long program for an international leadership chapter: a welcome dinner in historic Diriyah, a private visit to the National Museum with dinner in the Murabba Palace courtyard, a beach day on the Red Sea, a private concert at Maraya in AlUla, exclusive access to Hegra, a Bedouin dinner in the canyons, and a final gala beneath Elephant Rock.
A week in Lebanon — 40 VVIP couples
Daily excursions from the Chouf to the Qadisha Valley; a surprise yacht transfer from Byblos to Beirut past Pigeon Rocks; a private haute-couture show with one of Lebanon’s great designers; dinner at the Grand Serail; and a gala evening in a restored old silk factory.
